Well, I'm a day late (and a dollar short) but I feel justified. I've been sick. There. I did it. I used an excuse one week in.
But I've been really really sick ya'll. To the point I can't breathe, and they don't know whats wrong with me. I was doing great! I did the treadmill Monday and then Tuesday did 1 1/2 on it. I was so proud. Then I made my Sausage and Pepper Risotto and my life went to shit. ER, Dr's, lung problems, etc.
It's a week later, and I'm still not well. So no exercise for me. Nada. Zilch. You are lucky if I move from my sofa to the bed when I'm not at work (which I have only returned to recently).
What about food? Yea, that's pretty nada as well. It's hard to force anything through my lips and when I do I wait ten-20 minutes before taking another bite to see if its going to send me into some seizure of some sort. After two bites I'm bored with being a hypochondriac and just give up.
So result? I've lost 6 lbs. How? Sleeping. Apparently when the only thing you consume is water, your burn more calories by sleeping. LOL Okay, so its not the best way to lose weight, but its what we've had to work with.
Or what are your goals for next week & your plan for achieving them? So my goals for this week: Breathe. Try to eat something. Continue to drink water. That's about it.
